Libby Torresani was born and raised in Wisconsin but moved to Alaska in March of 2018.  She received her bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in chemistry from the University of Norther Iowa where she was a part of the track team competed in the pole vault.

Upon graduation, she decided to pursue her second degree in Radiation Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse  and interned at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, WI for a year before moving to Alaska.

In her free time, Libby loves to spend time riding her horse, taking her dog on hikes, cooking, baking, and staying active!
